It feels like critiquing an American health insurance app in a public forum will probably come back to bite me in a place that will magically not be covered by said insurance. But then again, this is the American healthcare system, so no one has a choice. App is very buggy and has crashed five times in one session. Very slow, doesn’t load the same information.
