Keeps declining all payment methods. This has been a problem since September of LAST YEAR for everyone in my city and yet no one has done anything about it. Customer service is a joke. I’ve reached out multiple times and no one has gotten back to me. Those in my city who have managed to get a hold of someone have just been told that it must be an issue with their credit cards. Sure. 🙄At one point it made me set up a wallet to pay for parking in another city, but it won’t let me use those funds ANYWHERE else, and the app does not give you a way to get those funds back.
