Our flight from Tucson to Minneapolis on April 27, 2025 got delayed which in turn was potentially going to cause us to miss our connecting flight to Omaha. The Delta app was already trying to re-schedule us on an alternate flight the next day. We were holding our breath and getting ourselves prepared to run from Gate F to Gate A(at least try to make it). We took one step off the plane onto the jet way and there was a Delta representative there with our name on his phone.
