My wife and I tried to book a flight from JFK to PBI and the app would not load the page for seat selection. We tried on both our phones and waited numerous minutes for the page to load. We opted to try again the next day, but then the flight when up in price for two travelers. When we called JetBlue customer service and explained our frustration they provided no help or alternatives.
