Horrible bank!
We closed our CD through one of your customer service reps. The FRAUD dept denied our transfer to a LINKED account. We had to call and were told the reason for the denial was the fact we had to change our phone number—which was done at the insistence of that 1st customer rep. Now we have to WAIT 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, while the bank holds our money hostage. You are denying us access to our money, due to a PROBLEM YOU CREATED. A supervisor in your fraud department told us she could not transfer us to her supervisor, and she told us her supervisor does not have a phone AND DOES NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOME
