So far, it's my first day. I've done ONE workout. It is AMAZING!!! The only complaint I have though is the ads. There shouldn't be any ads in between workouts, although it does give a longer break. You should definitely try this app out! I might buy the premium so that there won't be any disruptive ads. Basically: it's worth it.
