I have been SEARCHING for an app that doesn’t require any equipment or one that is free and I finally obtained this beautiful app. There is so much you can do and it feels great! One critique though, I wish they implemented rest days because I could never tell if I am over doing it or if I’m just getting tired. Other than that, I recommend this app to anyone. I can’t wait to see changes for myself!

I am on day two of using this app. I am returning to working out after a very long time. I am starting off slow and working my way up. After two days of trying the arm, ab, leg, chest, butt toning exercises(approximately 20 mins total doing the minimum mins of each set of exercises), I have noticed a big difference in how I feel. Pushes to my limits- but also let's me breathe.
So far, it's my first day. I've done ONE workout. It is AMAZING!!! The only complaint I have though is the ads. There shouldn't be any ads in between workouts, although it does give a longer break. You should definitely try this app out! I might buy the premium so that there won't be any disruptive ads. Basically: it's worth it.
