A conference that I’m attending uses WHOVA. I posted a message about another conference. Out of the blue, Luke Duan, a WHOVA EMPLOYEE wrote to me: “I’m from the team at WHOVA. I saw you promoted <CONFERENCE> using the WHOVA app. Are you the organizer of the event? If so, I would love to connect you with our Event Consultant…” Imagine if this conference was on a sensitive subject matter like doctors discussing the latest medical techniques for viruses, AIDS, etc. How would attendees feel knowing that WHOVA employees are reading their profiles and personal conversations to assess how to market t
