If I could give zero stars I would just so they don’t give anybody else. I’m very new to this app the first time I wouldn’t pick up the vehicle the vehicle itself was broken. Then I picked it up so the vehicle had to be returned and I had to re-rent another vehicle. Turo did not wanna give me my full refund. Finally, I had a fight with them telling them I was either gonna go to the bank and get my money that way or they were gonna give me a full refund because it was not my fault. The car was broken. They did give it back but look some fighting with them the second time no issues with the car
