This app is not helpful and simply isn’t working. The freaking id. Me site tells me to follow the guidance and instructions contained in the email. When I do, I’m brought to a screen that repeatedly asks for me to complete the authentication to reset my password. This is to be completed using this horrendous app. Wouldn’t you know it, following along to the “t” yields nothing!
