Holiday Nights at ZooMT

We run a Christmas Event and we love this service for taking calls for our event. Our onboarding specialist was extremely helpful and I feel went out of her way to help us save money. The app itself is easy to understand. I’m struggling with the app sending me a notification if there is an escalation, but it could be something I’m doing wrong. The responsiveness of our account manager, “Ivana” alone gives this service 5 stars.
