App& customer service
App never saves my information and face I.D never works so I have to enter my information every time. It only takes bank account info and not debit card info for immediate transactions, and because of this it takes at least 3 days for the money to come out of my account. Also when you call customer service I can never get someone on the line to pay with my debit card, because my information is saved it’s an auto generated voice that won’t let me skip. Very frustrating process to try and make a payment.
