I’m not receiving text messages from the U.S. (friends and my bank). The support team seems to be understaffed, as it takes a full day to respond—and usually just to ask for more information. The iOS app hasn’t been updated in years. What was once a brilliant idea now seems to be drifting away. Voice calls still work great, though
