Update, My complaint now, has to do with my connections on Video Appointments. Too often, I get connected, tells me, I’ll be seen soon, and states 1 Waiting…but if takes longer than Appt time. It goes to 1 person waiting and camera goes red. I try calling office but that kicks me out. This last time, i happened to be able to sign back in, as the Doctor was still on; and connection clicked. Previous comment: The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 Star review has to do with trying to delete past appointments which accumulated for years. I be have to delete them individually.
