The first car that I rented broke down on my in ATL, GA. I was stuck in the highway for 4 hrs. The first Turo agent I spoke to suggested I tried to catch a cab. (Again, I was on the highway, in the far right lane blocking traffic) They sent two Lyft rides for me that never showed. The tow truck driver reached out to me and informed me that the sent him to an address, not on 20 where I was stranded. The first Turo agent I spoke with said she’d have a car for me within two hours at no cost to me. The Lyft never showed, I had to have someone from the production I was in drive a hour to come get m
