We have separate HVAC systems for upstairs and downstairs of large home. App has been working fairly well for last 2 years (although the interface is old-fashioned as others have commented). Over the last 2-3 weeks the app has stopped syncing with thermostats often, and stopped connecting woth thermostats totally over the last 2 days. No, it’s not the wifi in the house- that is working well for all our other smart devices. And why would BOTH thermostats stop connecting in the same time frame
