I am extremely disappointed with the service from Wolt Austria. I placed an order specifically to have items delivered to my door, yet they failed to deliver part of my order. When I contacted support, their solution was to ask me to go to the store myself to exchange or pick up the items. This is completely unacceptable. The entire point of paying for a delivery app is to avoid having to go out—especially when it’s freezing outside. If I wanted to go to the store, I wouldn't have paid for the service and the delivery fees. Poor logistics and even worse customer service. I won't be using this
