I love this app! I have used it since 2019 and it’s great. That is until recently, every time I try to open an artwork the button would take a good minute to actually press and open the artwork, was getting very laggy and I even deleted several artworks to try and fix it. Since that had not worked I decided to create an account to link and sync my art. I ended up deleting and re-downloading the app. I was expecting all of my art to sync back and my brushes and my PAYED prime subscription to all be there but it was not. Everything was wiped and all that is left is just blank folders. Tried logg
