TodayTix totally screwed me over. Weeks ago I bought two tickets for a show tonight (Oh, Mary!) and they never delivered the tickets. I have just spent hours trying to contact them to find out where the tickets were and they made it totally impossible to reach a human being. I just reached their chat bot that responded they would get to me within four business days. I called the Schubert Organization, I called American Express. No one could help. That forced me to drop everything and go downtown. I went to the TodayTix office and they would not allow me in because I didn’t have an appointment
