This is by far the worst experience that I had with food delivery apps. The time that it presents on the app for the food to be delivered is never met. You order food expecting a 25 to 30 min deliver and it goes over 1h. Customer support is unresponsive and useless. Curriers take multiple orders at the same time for deliver and are just driving around town with your food and when it’s delivered it’s cold! Never using this app again
