Learning about trigger points and how to treat them was a life saver. To be able to find, ID and “repair” on the fly is a Godsend. Thanks for a quite thorough app that explains and shows the vast majority of possible pain centers. A valuable additional advantage is to show others how it works and how they might find relief.
