Just after 3 months of opening my account my entire fund was held for absolutely no reason for 2 months and I couldn’t pay my rent or make any purchase since all my money is in the bank. I had to send a physical AOI which costs $30 (had to borrow money) and mail it into the office. It took about a week for the mail to arrive and another 2 weeks for the office to review the letters. The customer service was absolutely useless, I’ve made around 20 calls with all the staffs telling me the exact same thing about how they don’t know anything and they’ll have to transfer me.
