If you select a car and the driver is not there to pick or the car is damaged which you have no hand at even though the driver asked you to cancel the ride when he arrived you will still be charged even though you didn’t reject the ride! It’s the driver who can not provide the service! Or the driver not willing to come where you are when you are carrying heavy stuff and can’t go to another door! Even when he is not capable at explaining his location!!! You are still charged. Better use uber!

Talabat drivers always go to other houses similar to my villa number but in different streets and keep insisting that they are outside even when I ask them to ring the bell and they end up ringing the wrong bell! They never learn from their mistakes Even after three years with such low service level they behave the same way and I will always have to send them my location again in whats app although it is provided in the app where I placed the order.
