My friends and I did not go out to dinner tonight - we had a total dining experience! Everything we had to eat was exceptional and all four of us had different iterations of the prime rib. Over the top and the tableside carving simply added to the overall wonderful experience. But the icing on the cake was our server, Sergio. He was fun and funny and quick witted and simply wonderful. We were a fun group of four who might have been considered just a little annoying but Sergio had no problem keeping up with us! So far, this was my personal best dining experience in Vegas.
