Aldis online pick up has zero support or accountability. The shoppers just drop or refund your items, substitute them with something completely unrelated, and then ignore your messages. There’s then zero way to contact the Aldis to have this corrected. They have no phone line to the store or ability to speak to anyone. There’s simply a feedback form that goes to nowhere or they take so long to respond that the order is already long over and they offer zero help. Shop somewhere that cares. Don’t shop at Aldis
