Hi, I am renting in Turo for last three months. There were multiple cases I have been charged without any reason if the guest call back and wants for the a refund or some consideration. In a recent for which I am totally frustrated with the Turo support where the guest damaged my car and provided and evidence and ask for cost for his damaged. After paying tons of money to the support and protection plan Turo denied the claim after all the pictures provided and deducted $25 for guest submitting a claim report.
