The payment setting is quite silly and frustrating. The app supports different payment choices by geo location, not by user. Which means a Chinese user can use Alipay when in China but can not when out of China. Same user but different payment choices for an airline app? Another China specific issue is that App’s customer service/chat doesn’t work in China without a VPN. Could be very annoying experience.
