Error Processing Payment
We stopped ordering Taco Bell a few years ago. Last month, with new items being introduced, we decided to give it another try. We ordered through the app. No problem. When I picked it up, one item was unavailable and could not be refunded at the store, AND one item was missing that was not mentioned at the store. I sent a complaint online, said we no longer wanted to order through the app (and possibly did not want to order again at all), and requested a follow up. What happened?
