I just signed up two months ago after a sales rep said all of the right things to the questions that I asked. I had previous experience with Thumbtack so I have familiarity with these platforms and had plenty of questions… Two months in, I’ve spent $1120 dollars and received $390 worth of leads. They charged me $800 for something called “breakage”. It turns out that whatever you pay for your “subscription” towards leads for the next month, they will keep REGARDLESS of how many leads they actually provide. As a small business just starting out, I cannot afford to just donate money to a for-p
