I encountered an issue while placing an order due to limitations in the app’s ordering flow, which resulted in me being charged for an item I did not actually want. I contacted support expecting a fair resolution, but my refund request was denied despite the circumstances. Mistakes and usability issues can happen in any app, but what matters is how customer support handles them. Unfortunately, I felt that no real effort was made to understand or resolve the problem. Very disappointing experience.
