Absolutely terrible platform. Two days in a row my therapist appointment disappeared in front of my therapists eyes. On day 1: She messaged me while I sat in session for 35 minutes thinking she was late and I never received the notifications. On day 2: She messaged me and I couldn’t reply to her because the chat was disabled on my end. When I called customer service they could not do anything to help.
