Been using this app for years but probably will delete because of trash customer service reps. Had tickets to a show that got cancelled and then the show was uncancelled. When I asked about getting my tickets back, customer service just said no without any suggestions for alternatives or any effort to look into the problem. Just a one sentence no. When i followed up again, they ended the conversation. I get it there may have been nothing they could do but they are a ticket selling platform that refused to help me with getting tickets.
