I really like this app. Simple & accompanied by an Apple Watch app. However the Apple Watch does not allow you to select the bonus pack workouts. Also, the app has been crashing more lately or is not syncing at times with the Apple Watch app. Last update a year ago???

Great app, really helps to stretch & relax. :)

So far so good...unfortunately the app asked me to leave a review before I've had sufficient time to use the app. But, while laying down simply taking pics in this app vs the native app, I'm liking it. Looks good! Only major downside for me so far, you can't use the volume buttons as shutter button (or am I missing something?).
