First the app is terrible and outdated. Had to delete and redownload just so I could get the part you put your address in without it freezing up. I tried to order my food but there’s no space for special instructions or substitutions. Placed my order which was a kids meal, adult meal, two sauces for $23. Pretty steep price. And arrived 5 minutes later to pickup food and it’s just disappointing that you can even talk to a real human at the speaker. It’s a robot talking to you. Get my food and is cold as if they pulled it all off the line and the heaters aren’t working appropriately. Just prayin
