Frequent US user

It has been great for the years (about 5) that I’ve been using, but Aug 2025 I had a technical error that cost me $300. I send money every week to the same name, all I have to do is click resend. But this day the resend chose to send to a name that I had sent in the past, customer service insisted that I chose the wrong name. We went back and forth two days until they decided Remitly IS PERFECT, no POSSIBLE way that technology could ever malfunction. I stopped using and went back to MoneyGram, but old habits are hard to break and money gram charges to send money to a wallet. FYI, I now screen
