Basic features you’d expect from any app that makes floor plans, like labeling rooms with names, are locked behind a subscription that can run up to $400/year. That alone is a red flag, but the problems don’t stop there. The iPad app is poorly optimized and doesn’t fit the screen properly. Trying to manage your subscription within the app will crash it outright, forcing you to go online instead…even then the website may freeze on you anyway. Most critically: I cancelled during the free trial and was charged $400 regardless. A company that can’t get billing right (or doesn’t care to) is not one
