I use this app probably 5 to 10 times per day, every day. I get so busy as a college student and husband and a father of a two-year-old girl that I can get so distracted by one thing that I completely forget another thing that is also important. This app keeps reminding me until I actually get the task accomplished, so that is the primary way that it is better than simple alarms that my iPhone comes with.
