This app is not intuitive at all for someone who doesn’t shop digitally, trying to get coupons is impossible if you’re not ordering or paying through the app. My app is also only giving me information for a store in New York, I live in Massachusetts. Every time I go to change my stores location, I can find my store in the search but every time I select it and hit “save changes” it will show that it’s loading but then go right back to the New York location. I’ve also had problems with rewards, I’ll enter that I want to use my rewards but then they won’t pull up when I go to check out.
