This is very frustrating not being able to use my phone with this new update. Don’t think this was thought through or it was and you just didn’t care about the older phone users. Your “coupons” are a joke. It’s ALWAYS the same products. And multiple ones that are the same or so close it might as well be the same. I have been shopping at Stop & Shop for years and spend thousands of dollars there. Lately, I do not get my bonus rewards. In particular, the spend $140 and get 280 points. I activate the offers, and check out, but it does not show up on my receipt and I never get all the points they promote. This happens quite often. It can happen with a new product or something I just stumbled upon. I get a product and I REALLY like it. I always buy it and keep it stocked at home.

Many of the reviews here talk about using the Stop & Shop service as a hole, but they’re not actually anything to do with the app. The app can be improved significantly. As a Blind user I depend on delivery of my groceries but the app is so inefficient it’s pathetic at best. The app constantly crashes just by doing something as simple as scrolling the past order list. Would appreciate if the app would stop looping only the first 30 products or so when I’m trying to shop from my past purchases. I can’t get past the produce because it just loops back to the beginning. It’s been doing this for some time now forcing me to go to their website to complete my shopping and checkout. Good Afternoon, I am sharing some frustration with the coupons offered to me on the Stop & Shop App. The app indicates that coupons offered are based on my past purchases. I buy food or food related items at Stop & Shop. I rarely, if ever, buy non food items. Out of 145 coupons I scrolled through jus now only 9 pertained to my shopping habits. Too many issues
This app is not intuitive at all for someone who doesn’t shop digitally, trying to get coupons is impossible if you’re not ordering or paying through the app. My app is also only giving me information for a store in New York, I live in Massachusetts. Every time I go to change my stores location, I can find my store in the search but every time I select it and hit “save changes” it will show that it’s loading but then go right back to the New York location. I’ve also had problems with rewards, I’ll enter that I want to use my rewards but then they won’t pull up when I go to check out.

Works…75% of the time
This app works about 75% of the time, but not when you needed the most. Many times, several hours before my order is going to start to be packed, I have tried to make changes and the app will glitch and I am not even able to see what groceries are going to be packed. A few times, it has changed the store that I was going to pick it up from. And we are not talking another local store, we are talking several states away. The stop and shop in Putnam CT needs to ensure their produce is fresh. There should be someone look into a better grade of food.
The hamburger seems in my opinion is low grade they got away from certified angus beef (cab). The lunch meat smells. I could go on and on.
People that work there are great. The store is clean. Prices are high. Better value seems to be Walmart. I like the convenience of the location and parking.

This app feels like one designed by people who don’t actually use it or who did no user testing. The search is terrible and if you try to sort by something like unit price often the items are buried by other item— this happens with fresh eggs search. Looking for things like tomatoes is a challenge because unit price is inconsistent.

Tonight, Christmas Eve, I had a delivery scheduled containing groceries for my Christmas dinner that I would be hosting. The worst in the field
The Stop & Shop card and the way it is set up on your Internet site has to be the most difficult to use, manage, and understand. I am forever having problems using my card. Today, for instance, I wanted to use a digital coupon and it didn’t have me signed up for some program. - when showing the list of possible replacement items on an order, allow to show the full name of the time when tapped on. A lot item names/descriptions are cut off. This is can be an issue with things like pet food, where you can only see the brand name, and not the type/flavor of food

While the first try failed setting up app with card. It let me scan which aligned as the email website verify kept failing.
Recently ran into bug where app was not showing 73 reward points after opened fine. Kept giving me a number to call as happened around midnight. Fixed itself but happened several times getting messages to call if was not resolved.

Receiving a “confirm substitutions” text prior to delivery is useless if you cannot hit “approve/decline” (error message: “unable to update substitutions”). When showing subs within this notification, text is truncated making it impossible to see what the substitution is, it’s not a “clickable” item to be able to read full title. Also please allow application of substitution preferences for previously bought items, having to edit subs every single item every single order is a huge waste of time.
