This app is horrible! I can not take a clear photo of my drivers license with the app’s built in camera setup. I have an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max and have no issues using other apps to take a photo of my different forms of ID. The app’s built in camera setup keeps making the photos come out blurry. The phone is perfectly stable and it doesn’t matter if I get closer or farther away from my ID, the photos just come out blurry. My ID is on a solid black background with no light glare, great natural lighting and it still can’t take a non-blurry photo. There is no way to use my Apple iPhone 15

Can you please STOP with the advertisement playing sound whenever the app is opened? It’s such a pain to open the app and the advertisement plays with sound, especially when it’s an advertisement about some goofy children’s app. This is a professional app so I would expect a lot more in terms of professionalism. Please have the sound muted by default for advertisements. Thank you
