Disappointed by Wolt: Cold Food, Long Delay, No Real Compensation
Just had a terrible @WoltApp experience. My order was delayed 40 mins, arrived cold, cost 130 PLN—and I was offered a 3 PLN refund. Support says “the system” decides everything and can’t escalate. No real accountability. Really disappointed
