My chart makes it easy to schedule appointments with all my Doctors . Also I can look up all my medication that I’m taking on a daily basis. This is why I love my chart . I can look up when I was admitted to the hospital what Doctor saw me what medications I was given on my hospital visit and all the notes that the Doctors wrote on my admission up to my discharge. That is pretty cool because when I was growing up this technology wasn’t available. I have three girls who are also NY Presbyterian Methodist patients and they are also combined to my chart . I can also look up their next appointmen
