App works fine as far as its functions. Logging in is the problem. It’s consistently unreliable. 1) It doesn’t keep you signed in, so you have to log in every use. 2) Face ID doesn’t work so you have to manually input your password. 3) More often than not, there’s an error with the login process so you’re not able to log in. These become a big problems when users have payments due but are unable to even login to make those payments. These are simple fixes. Get them prioritized and worked on. It’s been 2+ years of this happening.
