Passport Parking has a lot of basic usability issues. For example, it can’t use credit cards saved on my iPhone (most apps can). It doesn’t keep me signed in for very long (why not?). If you take too long during check out, it says “your quote expired” or something, and you have to start over (why not just shift the parking period later, keeping the dollar amount the same?). Also the fact that you MUST enter a PIN, immediately after authenticating your phone number is totally silly.
