I never review anything. But this app is so bad I couldn’t resist. I’m a new user and I decided to pay my rent with Remitly. The app took the money out of my bank account and then they suspended my account 20 minutes later. I got an email saying that they’ll return the money after 10 days. No explanation beyond that. No apologies. When I called Customer Support, it was a bunch of people in foreign countries who can barely speak English. And they barely seemed to care about my situation. They also lied. Like they would tell me that the account would be unsuspended within two hours and then th
