Where to start. This app rarely recognizes my account when I log in and constantly claims I don’t have an active subscription regardless of which device I use. When I finally do get access, the app is painfully slow and simply finding something to watch takes forever. Once a show or movie finally starts, don’t even try to rewind. It often glitches and throws you back to the beginning. If I am lucky enough to finish watching something and exit the app, the next time I try to open it, it frequently claims I am outside the U.S. and blocks access. The only fix is deleting and reinstalling the app
