Get half for full price
Been working for GM for years now. Set up OnStar hundreds of times and it has been difficult to say the least. Have had OnStar in most of my vehicles and always had problems receiving services. Have had my current vehicle for 8 months with the Basics for 8 years already in my MSRP. Started out without the ability to adjust temperature for the first 3 months l, then it worked for about a month now it isn’t working again. When I call about it, they say it isn’t a feature that is offered. I literally see it offered everyday when I set up my customers services.
