This app is extremely frustrating to use and far from user-friendly. Logging in is unnecessarily complicated, even with face login—it repeatedly asks to enable the feature despite already being set up. Navigating the app is clunky, with issues like difficulty scrolling and accidental clicks when trying to submit forms. It even redirects you to a separate online webapp for dermatology instead of keeping everything in one place. Despite already having my payment info on file, it insists on verifying it again for a $0 visit!!! There are countless usability problems, and it feels like the app’s hi
