I’ve used opCity for years and I’ve had some success with this platform. I have two suggestions. 1.) allow iPhone users to change the sound (ringtone) when I receive the notification that I have a new lead. 2.) instead of a notification, perhaps you could arrange a live phone call instead of just a notification banner on someone’s phone. That’s how Zillow does it and I close plenty of deals from Zillow because when my phone rings, the Lead is on the phone ready to speak with me.
