Opcity is great for keeping in touch with the prospects and reminding all the time to contact them it’s a great system but on the other side some people doesn’t need that much followings so choosing the pace for follow up will be a great advantage to add it. Overall it’s easy to use.

Always shows I have 1 notification and it drives me crazy. I’ve deleted the app done everything I can think of to clear the notification and it still always shows 1 notification.

These are very low quality leads with a very high referral fee. It’s a roll of the dice.

I really like this app. The only thing is if you’re not ready for an instant phone call or set up on your computer to accept all the information it may seem like you’re unprepared. Otherwise, if you’re a new agent and you want experience learning how to handle fast pace information., This is definitely the app for you.

I’ve been using OpCity for Real Estate leads, and overall it’s been a great tool for keeping my pipeline active. The app is a decent CRM for the leads you get. I just can’t stand the auto correct. I have to type my notes in my notes app, then paste it the Opcity app. Designed by a non-user, for sure.

Works well most of the time. There can be some delays sometimes but not often. Opcity has this business figured out. 47 referrals thus far. 20 or so I’m working with. And I’ve turned down probably twice that many referrals for either too low of price range or being further than I wanted to be in light of their price range. The app works well and is fairly user-friendly.

I strongly advise against signing up for services with this company, as their referral structure is highly predatory toward agents. They charge referral fees ranging from 35% to 40%, despite the fact that agents are the ones doing all the work—from scheduling and conducting showings to writing contracts, coordinating inspections, and handling every step of the transaction. Additionally, keep in mind that after paying this excessive referral fee, you still owe a portion of your commission to your brokerage. Good but would love some listing leads

I’ve used opCity for years and I’ve had some success with this platform. I have two suggestions. 1.) allow iPhone users to change the sound (ringtone) when I receive the notification that I have a new lead. 2.) instead of a notification, perhaps you could arrange a live phone call instead of just a notification banner on someone’s phone. That’s how Zillow does it and I close plenty of deals from Zillow because when my phone rings, the Lead is on the phone ready to speak with me. It takes a little bit to get going. Trust the process and hang in there. It works.

Similar to other online lead sources, I.e. it’s a crapshoot. Some good ones, a lot of not so good ones. The tough thing is seeing that big chunk of referral fee being taken out at closing when you do convert. Not sure if its any better or worse than others but better if you can get your own SOI deals
